About Us

Agriculture and food-related industries make up at least 11% of American jobs, making them some of the most critical sectors of our economy. At Johnson Insurance, we have dedicated our careers to the service of the farm and food industries. Our mission is to become a trusted partner to our clients, and to help them maximize return on their insurance budget. We work from a loss control and risk management perspective with an eye to reducing expenses for our customers. Our ultimate objective is to help our customers reach their business goals of growth and increased profitability.

Gratitude

At every meal, we have the opportunity to be grateful to the many people who worked hard to produce it. This sense of gratitude is why we are honored to serve the farm and food industries in particular.

Impact

We come to work every day to do more than just bring home a paycheck. We show up because we want to make an impact on the world by providing quality insurance programs to protect the stability of America’s food supply.

Connection

Does anything bring people together better than good food? The connections we make with our farm and food customers develop into long-lasting, treasured relationships.

Food and farming are an integral part of our company culture, too. Some of us raise our own chickens and beef cattle, many of us garden, and nearly every week, the table in our office kitchen is spread with tasty treats for coworkers to share.

Non-profits with which we have had the honor of working include Big Brothers Big Sisters, A Storehouse for Jesus (local food pantry & health services provider), The Dragonfly House (children’s advocacy center), and Young Farmers and Ranchers. Is there a charitable group you think we should know about? Send us an email!
